Larry R. Nordhagen brings over 30 years of extensive coaching experience to his work. His coaching style centers on fostering an open, supportive, and safe environment where clients feel comfortable sharing and growing. He firmly believes that understanding each individual’s unique traits and circumstances is essential for achieving meaningful success. Significant time is dedicated to thoroughly analyzing issues, challenges, and development opportunities that clients face. Recognizing the complexity of human nature, Larry explores what emotional or psychological triggers might exist and how these factors influence a person’s ability to build relationships, manage conflicts, and make effective decisions. Drawing from a rich and diverse academic background, Larry integrates knowledge from graduate studies in interpersonal communications, mass communication, dyadic communication, marriage and family therapy, leadership, organizational psychology, sociology, and management. Recently, he has collaborated with professionals in psychology, health and wellness, and spirituality, focusing on the critical role that emotional health plays in enhancing both leadership effectiveness and personal well-being.
